Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via Aramex. All our products ship from Lebanon to your destination. Your package will be delivered to the address you provided within one to seven business days depending on your location. Additional shipping fees may apply when shipping outside Lebanon.

Payment Policy
You may pay for your orders using one of our three payment facilities: Cash on delivery, online credit card and credit card on delivery. Cash on delivery will be restricted to customers that have failed to accept or pay for 3 consecutive deliveries. Therefore, they will only be able to purchase from FashionBreak through online credit cards.

Customs
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping location, FashionBreak is not liable of additional costs related to customs. If you would like to gift a special item out, we have a “make this a gift” option at checkout completely free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges
FashionBreak does not offer a return policy. From the day your package is received, you will have 10 days to exchange your purchase either directly at the nearest store associated with the brand, or through our online delivery services. If you choose to exchange using the second option, additional delivery fees may apply and you may only change your item with another associated with the same brand.
